With a move-in date quickly approaching, they needed to ensure their site was online and waiting for the first students' start dates. So they needed a company that could provide the reliable connectivity they needed within a very tight timeframe.
NCG worked with the team at ESL to develop and deploy a resilient landlord connectivity package that fit their requirements but crucially could be installed within their timeframe. This included primary and back up circuits to ensure maximum uptime for the site. By utilising the existing fully fibre backbone that NCG had installed for Harbour Exchange, we were able to deploy our connectivity solution quickly and with minimal capex cost to ESL.
Using the existing infrastructure, our experienced team were able to get their site connected within just 7 days from signing their order. This meant that connectivity was live in the space only 3 days after their move in date - and long before students arrived in the space. As with all of our clients, we will also continue to provide our end-to-end managed service and support to Elizabeth School of London from our 24 hour helpdesk based in London.
