This office and retail property, which is directly above Holborn Underground Station, comprises 67,707 sq ft of predominantly office space with a small amount of retail. The space fitted out by NCG is to become a flexible office to compliment the existing long-term traditional office tenants.
NCG fitted the space with has dedicated fibre lines ensuring consistent and stable connectivity to every occupier. We also handled the security of the space - fitting a state of the art smart CCTV system as well as smart access control throughout to keep tenants safe and secure.
