The Client


Kindling is Oneder’s 30,000 sq. ft. workspace at White City Place, created as a distinctive destination for businesses to connect, collaborate and grow. Combining premium offices, coworking and meeting spaces with hospitality-led amenities, Kindling brings its own identity to one of London’s most creative and innovative business districts.

The Challenge


Oneder needed a technology partner that could deliver Kindling’s networking infrastructure within a rapid project programme while supporting its distinctive brand and future growth. The project also presented an opportunity to reuse existing IT infrastructure, reducing cost and environmental impact without compromising performance, resilience or scalability.

Our Solution


NCG delivered the NCG Spark connectivity backbone, enterprise networking and WiFi, secure segregated member networks and premium 24x7 managed support. Working closely with Oneder and its wider technology partners, NCG also repurposed existing networking hardware and cabling wherever practical, creating a sustainable, cost-effective platform capable of supporting speeds of up to 10Gb.

Kindling launched with a resilient, future-ready technology platform that supports its premium member experience while providing a scalable foundation for Oneder’s continued growth. By reusing 70% of the existing IT infrastructure, NCG helped reduce project costs and technology waste while delivering the connectivity, performance and ongoing support required from day one.
