  • No - You do not need a wayleave when working with Non-Code Operators like NCG as we hand ownership of the network over to you, whilst still managing and supporting it for you - it is therefore for you to do what you want with that infrastructure. This saves you time, money and hassle. 

  • We are hardware agnostic – so can work with what you have or suggest credible alternatives.

  • We have several different service level packages depending on what you need. For example, we can do ‘break-fix’ on hardware or software we suppoly, and offer 4-hour response times for your critical systems.
