The Client


Lucent is a landmark redevelopment of Glasgow's historic 50 Bothwell Street, transforming the building into a next-generation Grade A workplace. Combining heritage architecture with exceptional sustainability, wellbeing and digital connectivity, the award-winning development has achieved WiredScore Platinum and EPC A ratings, setting a new benchmark for premium office space in Scotland.

The Challenge


Lucent required a specialist technology partner to design and deliver a resilient digital infrastructure that would support WiredScore Platinum certification, accelerate tenant onboarding and future-proof the building for long-term occupier demand. The solution also needed to be delivered alongside a complex refurbishment programme while preserving the building's historic façade.
