NCG Global Joins BCO NextGen Ideas Competition as Technology Partner

NCG Global is delighted to announce that we are joining the British Council for Offices (BCO) NextGen Ideas Competition as Technology Partner for the 2026 programme.

The British Council for Offices (BCO) is the UK's leading membership organisation for the office sector, bringing together developers, investors, occupiers, architects, consultants and technology specialists to drive excellence across the built environment. Through research, education, events and its prestigious awards programmes, the BCO plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of workplaces and recognising innovation across the industry.

The BCO NextGen Ideas Competition is one of its flagship initiatives, designed to inspire the next generation of real estate professionals. The programme challenges emerging talent to develop bold, innovative and practical ideas that will help shape the future of the workplace, while providing mentoring, professional coaching and the opportunity to present their ideas to some of the industry's most influential leaders.

As Technology Partner for the 2026 programme, NCG will play an active role throughout the competition. Our CEO Thomas Proctor will sit on the judging panel, mentor one of this year's participants from concept development through to the final presentation and support them throughout their journey to the awards ceremony in November.

At NCG, innovation has always been central to who we are. As a business built on entrepreneurial thinking, we believe the future of commercial real estate depends on fresh ideas, collaboration and empowering the next generation of industry leaders. Supporting the NextGen programme aligns perfectly with our passion for technology, creativity and developing solutions that help shape smarter, more connected workplaces.

Thomas Proctor, CEO of NCG Global, said:

"The BCO Ideas Competition represents everything that's exciting about our industry. It encourages people to think differently, challenge established ideas and bring fresh perspectives to some of the biggest opportunities facing commercial real estate. We're incredibly proud to support the programme as Gold Partner and look forward to mentoring the next generation of innovators throughout their journey."

Saskia Hohler, Partnerships Manager at the British Council for Offices, said:

"We're thrilled to welcome NCG Global as our Technology Partner and Gold Partner for the BCO Ideas Competition 2026. NCG's entrepreneurial mindset, passion for innovation and commitment to nurturing emerging talent make them a fantastic addition to the programme. Their expertise, collaborative approach and fresh thinking will be invaluable in helping participants develop ideas that challenge convention and contribute to the future of our industry."

We look forward to meeting this year's participants and supporting the next generation of workplace innovators as they develop ideas that will help shape the future of commercial real estate.
